We have been licensed real estate Sales Representatives in the Kingston and area real estate market since 1985.
Now married 40 years, together we have enjoyed this wonderful historic city and all it has to offer.
Our shared interests include all sports, live concert, golf, and photography.
Family is the most important thing in our lives and we share many precious moments with our two children, their spouses and three gorgeous granddaughters.
Since 1972 when we purchased our first home in Kingston we have had a great interest in real estate and home designs. Finally in 1985 we took our passion for real estate to the next level and obtained our real estate license.
Cheryl South joined our team in 2004 as our Administrative Assistant. In August of 2005, she obtained her real estate license. Cheryl attended St. Lawrence College where she acquired her Law Clerk diploma in 2003. This legal background has proven very beneficial to our team and our clients.
Cheryl currently lives in the Napanee area and enjoys gardening, music, photography and reading.
